Our team of expert machinists have years of experience and a deep understanding of the machining process. Since 1995, we have been a premier provider of precision machining. Our expertise is CNC machining and we cater to a diverse customer base. We make it our mission to deliver quality parts with quick turnaround times.
Our Capabilities
At T&S Machine Shop, we offer a wide range of machining capabilities, including CNC milling, turning, and drilling. We work with a variety of materials and can handle material with diameters from 3/8” to 24”.
Material Expertise: Our machining expertise extends across a wide spectrum of materials, from simple carbon steel to exotic materials. This broad material capability allows us to work on a diverse array of projects and components, catering to a wide range of industries.
Our Machinery Includes:
5 DMG Mori CNC lathes (2 with live tooling)
13 CNC HAAS lathes
5 CNC HAAS mills
We also have a welding shop, in-house tool crib, and a dedicated QC room with the most advanced measurement technology to ensure quality parts.
